Innovate Dance Company

Innovate Dance Company includes our performance and competitive dance programs for dancers ages 4-18 founded on creating community, sharing our joy for dance, and providing a safe, quality dance education for everyone.

The goal of the Company is to create a space that facilitates growth not only for dance, but also for life. This includes building valuable skills such as teamwork, collaboration, sportsmanship, leadership, professionalism, and artistry.

Our Company acts as pillars in our community through our performances at community events, so everyone can experience the joy of dance. We also attend dance competitions, giving our dancers the ability to take criticism and feedback, build sportsmanship, and most importantly be inspired by our dance community. Every time our dancers step on stage at a competition, we are taking a pause to celebrate their personal growth so far that season.

Everyone has a place in Innovate Dance Company, whether that dancer is looking to go on to dance professionally or experience dance for the present while building skills that continue to better them for the future.

Little Innovators | ages 4-8

An introduction to our competitive company programs, these dancers perform at all community events, our Company Showcase, and Spring Recital.

Innovators Performance Group | ages 5 and up

Innovators is our performance and competition group, focused on experiencing the joy of dance and building valuable life skills, while receiving a strong dance education. This school-year program offers dancers the opportunity to perform with us at all our community events, the Company Showcase, and attend two-three dance competitions per season.

Pre-Professional Company | Int/Adv Level

Our Pre-Professional Company is for the dancer who is ready to take their dance training to the next level. Pre-Pro dancers lead the way in our Company events, as well as receive additional training and performance opportunities throughout the season including multiple dance competitions and conventions, audition prep, mentorship, and more.

2025/2026 Placement and Auditions - May 31, 2025

Join us for our SZN 3 Company Placement and Auditions! This is a FREE class for your dancer that allows the Director to best place dancers in the Company. During class, students will warm up, showcase their technique, learn a combo, and have the option to display acrobatic skills.

A parent/guardian is required to attend the Parent Meeting held at the same time that covers the commitment and expectations of our Company and offers time to ask questions. By attending, you do not have to commit to joining next season. This is the perfect time to see if it is the right fit for your family!

10:30-10:55am | Parent Meeting ONLY (dancers are not required to attend)

Innovators Performance Group

11:00-11:45am | Ages 8 and under (Placement Class and Parent Meeting)

12:00-12:45pm | Ages 9+ and up (Placement Class and Parent Meeting)

Pre-Professional Company Audition

1:00-2:00pm | Int/Adv Level (Audition and Parent Meeting)

If your dancer is not able to attend placement day, but you are interested in joining us next season, please send us an email at office@innovatepac.com to schedule a private placement.
